ABOUT

UNIVIE is a public research university located in Vienna, Austria. Founded by Duke Rudolph IV in 1365, it is the oldest university in the modern German-speaking world and among the largest institutions of higher learning in Europe. In the field of research, the University of Vienna is subdivided into 15 faculties and 5 centres. 55 directorates of studies and the Studienpräses (officer responsible for the implementation of the study law) are responsible for the organisation of courses. In the area of administration, there are 16 divisions.

ROLE IN PROJECT

UNIVIE are developing and applying social science methodologies (survey, interviews) to identify end user needs, analyse barriers, and determine best practices (WP6). They will inform development of the MARCO-BOLO CoP with practice approach and survey/interview results. They are also developing and transmitting recommendations to the CoP and WP leaders for development of co-design and co-production workshops and stakeholder engagement activities across all WPs.
